Payment Options

Bent Oak Mutual offers the following payment options: Annual, Semi-Annual, and Quarterly. Contact your agent if you need to change your payment cycle.


Billing Information

A service fee of up to 9% of the annual premium is applied to Semi-Annual and Quarterly payment plans.


Returned Payments

Insufficient Funds Returns and Payment Returns make all policy coverage null and void. If the company elects to reinstate the policy, the full premium must be paid as well as a $50 reinstatement fee and a $25 return payment charge.

By continuing on to our secure payment center, you understand and agree to these terms.

General Conditions

Any premium adjustments resulting from changes to the policy will be reflected in subsequent bills.

If a policy is canceled, any unearned premium will be applied against the unpaid balance. If there is no unpaid balance, the unearned premium will be refunded.


Cancellation for non-payment

If payment is not received by the due date, a Cancellation Notice for non-payment is issued. If the premium remains unpaid for 10 days the policy will cancel. If the policy is eligible for reinstatement a $50 reinstatement fee will apply.
